Our Mission
According to the NIH, one in five menstruating individuals live in poverty. At Break Free, we believe everyone deserves the right to menstruate with dignity, regardless of their economic situation. That is why we’ve set out to make menstrual products free and accessible to all!
Our Start
Break Free started as a student project in the Brad. D Smith Business Incubator. We started the ambition of providing free menstrual products to our dorm building. From this initial iteration, we immediately recognized how large of an impact we could have, and since then, we have been striving to expand both the support we can provide and where we can provide it.
